My two cents..

Just a quick sketch from real life . The drawing was done quickly with pencil (about 10 minutes) on watercolour paper. Then I tried to add some colour.


Starting from a photo, and using photoshop, you can get to this result:

Rose drawingsIt's not a drawing, but a rose photo-retouched with Photoshop. However, a good starting point to analyze a rose. I think even the old masters would have used Photoshop for their studies...What do you think?
